Please email a copy of your dog’s vaccine report to us at woof@crossbonesdog.com showing proof of rabies, parvo, and distemper vaccines. We will reply to your email within 2 business days confirming receipt. We must have a copy of your dog’s rabies vaccination on file before your first appointment.
