Your New Scheduling Experience: What to Expect with Breely

For online registration, we have used Acuity Scheduling for many years. They are on the cusp of rolling out an update that we think would make signing up for classes and appointments unnecessarily difficult for you. This update was due to arrive on very short notice, and we have hustled to move everything over to a NEW scheduling software before your experience was disrupted.

We are excited to announce we’re now using Breely instead of Acuity Scheduling! Breely works VERY similarly to Acuity, especially from your perspective.

What to Expect with Breely

Your programs, packages, and appointments are still associated with your email address in Breely. If you use the correct email address, it will automatically apply your pass! No extra buttons to push or weirdly being asked to pay $999,999.

We have imported all past and present Flex Class signups (since 2017!) as well as all 2025 private appointments. If you choose to make an account, you’ll be able to see that history there. (Just like in Acuity, making an account is optional.)

Here’s the tremendously exciting part: the wait list feature is now automatic! If a class is full, you can add yourself to the wait list with just a few clicks. No more emailing or texting us to do it for you.

The change to the wait list feature means that everyone on the wait list will be notified about a spot opening up at the same time. You must then sign up for that spot — you will not be added automatically. So when you get that notification email… be quick!

Speaking of confirmations, email confirmations and reminders will go out for every appointment exactly like they do now. Text message reminders are temporarily turned off. We anticipate having those back up and running by this time next week.

Other great benefits to Breely? It’s way faster, and allows for e-signing forms rather than paper contracts — save the trees! Meanwhile, your credit card payments are still processed securely through Square (just like Acuity).

Q: On the evening of Tuesday 4/1, I got an email that I was cancelled out of a class or wait list? I didn’t cancel – what the heck?

A: Disregard that cancellation email! Some appointments got duplicated in the merge, and we are cancelling the duplicate registrations. We tried to email everyone affected, but it looks like some folks slipped through the cracks. If you make an account in Breely, you’ll be able to double-check all of your upcoming appointments.
